Unit has been maintained by CAT from new

At 4,743 hours, transfer case was REBUILT due to driveshaft failure

NEW front & rear cases were installed

All NEW bearings, seals, sensors & valves were installed

Upon arrival to our yard, machine was stripped for power washing

Marcel Equipment completed the following work:

Operational & visual inspections completed

Engine oil filter was cut open & checked for contaminates, clean

Hydrostatic transmission filters were cut open & checked, clean

Hydraulic filters were cut open & checked, clean

All 4 wheel planetary oil levels good & oils clean

Both differential oil levels good & oils clean

All NEW oils were installed in the machine

NEW coolant was installed in the machine

A/C system was checked

NEW pressure switch, dryer & re-charged with new

Verified grease system is working properly

Serviced emission systems

Installed NEW steering stops

Cleaned HVAC unit

Replaced required hydraulic hoses

Installed NEW radio

Verified all switches in cab worked

This is a clean, work ready unit
