The following are repairs completed by the CAT dealer prior to Marcel Equipment owning the machine;

At 3,208 hours, CAT performed an update on the steering lines

At 5,581 hours, CAT performed the transmission replacement under the update

At 6,185 hours, CAT performed the center axle differential update

Upon arrival to our yard, all covers were removed & unit was power washed

Visual & operational inspections were completed

Unit was serviced

Engine oil & filter changed, filter was cut open & checked for contaminates - clean

Transmission oil & filter changed, filter checked - clean

Hydraulic filters changed & checked - clean

Checked oil levels in the final drives - good

Checked oil levels in the differentials - good

Engine, torque, transmission & hydraulic pressures were taken to ensure within OEM specs

The following repairs were completed ensuring a work ready unit:

Installed NEW steering pins & bearings on rod end of cylinders

Installed NEW pins & bearings in articulation hitch

Installed NEW box mounting pins & bushings

Installed NEW front A-frame pins & bearings

Installed NEW pins & bushings in tailgate assembly

Installed NEW box lift cylinder pins & bearings on rod ends

Installed NEW front crank seal

Resealed starter

Replaced any required hoses & lines including the ones under cab

Inspected cab & completed all required repairs

Completed required welding repairs to inside of box
