Upon arrival to our yard, all covers were removed & unit was power washed

Visual & operational inspections were completed

Unit was serviced

Engine oil & filter changed, filter was cut open & checked for contaminates - clean

Transmission oil & filter changed, filter was checked - clean

Hydraulic filters changed & checked - clean

Checked oil levels in the final drives - good

Checked oil levels in the differentials – good

Inspected articulation hitch - see notes below

Inspected oscillation hitch- good

Engine, torque, transmission & hydraulic pressures were taken to ensure within OEM specs

The following repairs were completed ensuring a work ready unit:

NEW complete seat assembly & suspension group installed

NEW pin & bearing installed in center A-frame

NEW pin & bearing installed in rear A-frame

REBUILT articulation hitch with NEW bearings & pins

Installed NEW thermostats & seals

Replaced EGR cooler coupling

Resealed oil pan

Resealed front timing cover

Installed NEW front main crankshaft seal

NEW pin & bearings installed on right side box cylinder

NEW DPF filter was installed

Completed 5,000 hour service on emission system (spark plug, injector, filters)

Replaced any required hoses & lines including ones under cab

Inspected cab & completed all required repairs

Machine is ready to go to work
