At 746 hours, 500 hour service performed
At 792 hours, NEW seat air compressor installed
At 1,114 hours, NEW back-up alarm installed
At 1,423 hours, service letter on parking brake valve completed
At 1,684 hours, 1,000 hour service performed
At 2,484 hours, service letter on hood actuator completed
At 3,455 hours, 3,000 hour service performed
At 3,895 hours, 500 hour service performed
At 4,341 hours, 2,000 hour service performed
At 4,798 hours, 500 hour service performed
The following was completed by Marcel Equipment:
Upon arrival, all covers & guards were removed & unit was power washed
Visual, operational & mechanical inspections were completed
Oil filters were cut open to inspect for contaminates- all were clean
All suction screens & magnets were checked - all clean
Engine was serviced
The following pressures were taken to ensure they were within OEM spec;

Installed NEW engine belts
Replaced windshield washer pump
Checked all bucket & loader frame joints
Steering cylinder mounting bores were line bored
NEW pins & bearings installed on steering cylinders
All cab switches, controls & gauges were checked for proper operation
Completed miscellaneous repairs in cab
Serviced electrical panel
Serviced batteries & connections & tested
Serviced DEF system with NEW filters
DPF & DOC were sent out for cleaning
Performed valve set on engine
Serviced & cleaned HVAC system
Checked all grease lines & greased machine
