At 9,227 hours, NEW DPF filter, inlet module, and ARD head were installed
NEW track groups were installed at 7,450 hours, Only 20% wear currently
At 5,950 hours, due to loss of first gear, transmission and torque converter were REBUILT
Upon arrival to our yard, all covers and guards were removed and unit was power washed
Local CAT dealer completed all the services and TA1 inspection:
NOTE: The CAT TA1 inspection included all engine and transmission pressures, stall speed, steering and brake and torque converter pressures
- Changed engine oil and filter
- Cut open and inspected all other filters, no metals found
- Changed trans breather, hydraulic tank breather, pivot shaft tank breather and fuel cap breather
- Changed ARD head spark plug
- Checked final drives and pivot shaft oil - all clean
- Load tested batteries
- Ran fuel system verification test
- Ran DPF regen
- Updated all ECM's
Following are repairs completed by Marcel Equipment at 9,772 hours:
- Installed NEW A/C lines
- Cleaned heater core and evaporator
- Installed NEW accumulator
- Installed NEW receiver dryer
- Charged A/C system and checked - all good
- Installed NEW rad cap
- Installed NEW pivot shaft seal - right side
- Installed NEW serpentine belt
- Resealed right blade lift cylinder
- Oil pan mid section seeping oil, so we took the pan off to reseal
- While pan was off, we took this opportunity to roll NEW CAT main, rod & thrust bearings
- Removed and checked engine oil pump
- Installed NEW pins and bearings on left and right hard bar ends
- Installed NEW bearings on pivot shaft left and right track frames
- Installed NEW rubber pads for hard bar, left and right sides
- Installed NEW bearings on lift cylinder mount
- Installed REBUILT turbo charger
- Installed REBUILT fuel injectors
- Load tested batteries and repaired battery connections as needed
- Removed and resealed starter mounting
- Removed and REBUILT transmission pump
- Checked all switches, gauges and controls - all good
- All grease lines were checked and unit was greased
- The tractor was just sand blasted, primed, painted & detailed
This unit is now ready to go.
