Repair / Condition Report

Upon arrival, this unit was serviced and checked over, the following was completed:

We removed all covers from the machine and completely washed it.

Engine filter was cut open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.

Engine was then serviced.

NEW engine air filters were installed.

NEW cab air filters were also installed.

Transmission oil filter was cut open and checked for contaminates and it was clean.

Transmission suction screen was checked and it was clean.

Hydraulic filters were cut open as well and both were clean.

Front and rear differentials and all four wheel planetaries were checked, oil levels were good and oils were nice and clean.

Machine was fully greased.

Upon purchase inspection, the following repairs were completed:

Boom lift cylinders were resealed.

Tilt cylinder was resealed.

Resealed the oil filter housing.

Repaired a leak at the HMU.

Replaced the throttle pedal.

Installed NEW pins in the loader frame to the bucket joint.

Installed NEW pins in the lift and tilt cylinder rod ends.

Linebored the upper bucket bores.

Inspected the articulation hitch and it was tight.

Inspected the rear axle oscillation and it was also tight.

Tested and serviced the batteries and connections.

The following pressure tests were performed by Marcel Equipment Limited:

- Engine low idle

- Engine high idle

- Engine oil pressure

- Transmission charge pressure

- Torque converter output pressure

- Steering pressure

- Hydraulic pressure

This unit is currently being sandblasted, primed, painted and detailed - photos will be updated once completed.
