Repair / Condition Report

Upon arrival to our yard, this unit was serviced and checked over.

All covers were removed and unit was then powerwashed.

Engine oil filter was removed and checked for contaminates. It was nice and clean.

Transmission filter was cut open and checked and it was clean.

Hydraulic filter was cut open and checked and it was also clean.

Both differential oil levels were checked and they were good and clean.

Replaced the pilot shut off valve.

Engine and transmission heat up and cool down normally.

Engine has no blowby.

Oscillation and articulation joints are good.

Front differential lock operates properly.

Axle oil filter was checked and it was clean.

Installed NEW steering cylinder pins.

Checked the ride control as well as the brake and pilot accumulator pressures.

Installed NEW cab filters.

Checked the transmission suction strainer and it was nice and clean.

Installed NEW wiper blades.

Repaired the front windshield washer system.

Checked the parking brake and it was good.

Checked that all lights and switches were operational.

Removed and resealed the implement and steering pumps.

Checked the cooling fan speed.

Checked the engine oil pressure - Low idle = 30 PSI - High idle = 48 PSI

Transmission oil pressure - Low idle = 235 PSI - High idle = 265 PSI

Torque converter inlet pressure - Low idle = 70 PSI - High idle = 190 PSI

Hydraulic pressure = 3250 - 3300 PSI

Cycle time is good. Boom up = 6 seconds (Specs: 6.4) - Boom down = 4 seconds (Specs: 3) - Dump = 2 seconds (Specs: 1.6)

This unit has gone through our shops and has been checked over, serviced, greased and is ready to work.
