Repair / Condition Report

At 2000 hours, a NEW radiator was installed.

At 2601 hours, the CAT dealer performed a 500 hour service on unit.

At 2654 hours, a NEW fan assembly was installed.

At 2654 hours the water pump was upgraded to a mechanical style.

Upon purchase inspection, the following was completed:

The local CAT Dealer serviced this machine and completed a TA1 Plus Inspection.

During this inspection they completed the following:

Removed the engine oil filter, cut it open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.

Removed the hydraulic oil filter, cut it open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.

They then serviced the engine.  

Updated the software in all of the electronic control modules.

Took all pressures to ensure they were within OEM specifications.

Completed a TA inspection form.

At 2750 hours, the CAT dealer upgraded the generator.    

At the same time of the upgrade they also replaced any hoses that needed replacing.

They also completed the required miscellaneous repairs from the TA inspection.

They replaced all oils and changed all the powertrain and hydraulic breathers.

They then also installed NEW track chains, sprockets, segments, idlers and idler blocks.  

Marcel Equipment Limited completed the following repairs:

Performed our own visual and operational checks.

Repaired some miscellaneous small items found on our inspection.

Completed any required cosmetic repairs.

Machine will be sandblasted and painted in near future and pictures will be updated at that time.
