Repair / Condition Report

Following are the repairs and servicing completed by Marcel Equipment Limited:

Stripped complete machine for powerwashing.

Performed complete operational and visual inspection.

Engine oil filter was cut open and checked for contaminates and it was clean.

Transmission filter was cut open and checked and it was clean.

Hydraulic filter was also checked and it was clean.

Changed the fuel filters.

Changed the engine oil.

Checked the air filters.

Checked final drive oils and plugs and they were clean.

Checked transmission and powertrain screens, all were clean.

Checked and cleaned cab pressurizer fan.

Cleaned out final drive seal guards.

Installed NEW CAT salt track chains/idlers/rollers and segments.

Replaced the pivot shaft seal on the right side.

Installed NEW cannon seals on the track adjusters.

Installed a NEW starter.

Installed a NEW torque convertor output speed sensor.

Resealed both blade lift cylinders.

Installed a NEW A/C condenser fan.

Replaced the seat sliders.

Checked the precleaner and installed NEW bearings.

Checked the engine belt and pulleys.

Installed a NEW belt tensioner.

Pressurized the aftercooler and lines to check for leaks.

Tightened the blade assembly as required.

Installed a NEW transmission input seal.

Calibrated the implement lever and valves.

Installed a NEW pump compensator valve.

Checked and adjusted the fan speed.

Cleaned out the A/C evaporator and drain tubes.

Checked all grease points and greased machine.

Checked all lights, gauges, etc. for proper operation.

Load tested the batteries and they were all good.

Performed the following pressure checks to ensure they were within OEM specifications:

Brake pressure

Transmission pump pressure

Torque inlet pressure

Torque outlet pressure

Transmission lube pressure

Steering pressure

Charge pressure

Pilot pressure

Margin pressure

Cut off pressure

Implement pressure

Engine oil pressure

Boost pressure

Fan pressure and speed

Torque convertor stall speed

This unit has been sandblasted, primed, painted and detailed in our painting facilities.
