Repair / Condition Report

Upon arrival, this unit was checked over, serviced and the following maintenance and repairs were completed:

Engine oil was changed, engine filter was cut open and checked and it was clean.

Transmission oil was changed, transmission filter was cut open and checked and it was clean.

Checked the final drive oil levels and they were good and oils showed no signs of contaminates.

Final drive oils were changed as per maintenance schedule.

Hydraulic oil filter was also checked and it was clean.

Installed NEW bearings on the lift cylinder mounts.

Installed NEW bearings on the trunnions for the lift cylinders.

Installed NEW pins and bearings on the hardnose assembly.

Installed NEW pins, bearings and seals on the equalizer hardbar.

Tightened up the blade as needed with pins, bearings, etc.

Resealed both hydraulic lift cylinders.

Installed a NEW exhaust shield for the manifold and turbo.

Installed NEW idler track chain guides.

Installed NEW sleeves and seals on both track frame cannons.

All engine speed, pressures, transmission pressures, etc. were taken and all were within Caterpillar specifications.  

Installed a NEW master switch.

Installed 6 NEW light brackets and 10 NEW lights.

Installed a NEW radiator cap.

Checked the accumulator.

Checked the air conditioning system.

Checked all grease lines and greased unit.

REBUILT the water pump.

Replaced the thermostat.

Installed a NEW lower radiator hose.

Installed 2 transmission oil hoses to the filter.

Installed NEW batteries.

Installed 4 NEW window washer pumps.

Installed NEW coolant level sight glass.

Installed a NEW fuel level sending unit.

All repairs are currently being completed and unit will soon enter our painting and detailing facilities.
