Repair / Condition Report

At 4250 hours, the servicing CAT dealer installed a NEW engine due to dusting of engine.

At 4250 hours a NEW aftercooler was installed.

At 4250 hours a NEW starter was installed.

At 4116 hours the CAT dealer performed a TA Inspection and completed any required repairs.

At 3979 hours, the CAT dealer installed a NEW EGR valve.

Upon purchase inspection, the following was completed:

Machine was stripped and completely powerwashed.

A complete visual and operational inspection was completed.

Removed the engine oil filter, cut it open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.

Removed the hydraulic oil filter, cut it open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.

Removed the transmission filter, cut it open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.

Checked the suction screens and magnets for contaminates and they were all clean.

Completed complete pressure checks on the engine, torque, transmission and hydraulic and they were all within specifications.

Performed performance checks.

Serviced the engine.

Both final drive oil levels were good and oils were clean.

Marcel Equipment Limited completed the following repairs:

Replaced all idler and track wear strips with NEW ones.

Installed a NEW carrier roller on the left side

Installed a NEW fan belt and checked the pulleys.

Tested and serviced batteries and connections.

Verified all switches worked in the cab.

Verified all lights worked.

Completed miscellaneous minor repairs.

Checked unit for any leaks and all was good.

The following repairs will be completed in near future:

Blade assembly will be removed and will have NEW pins and bearings installed where required.

C-frame will be removed and NEW pins and bearings installed where required.

Equalizer bar will be removed and NEW pins and bearings will be installed.
