Repair / Condition Report

Following our purchase inspection, the following repairs were completed:

Transmission filter and strainer were checked and they were clean.

Hydraulic filter was cut open and checked and it was also clean.

Both differential oil levels were good and oils were clean.

All four wheel planetary oil levels were good and oils were clean.

Engine pressures were checked and they were within Caterpillar specifications.

Transmission pressures were also checked and they were within Caterpillar specifications.

Hydraulic pressures were checked and they were within Caterpillar specifications.

Checked the brake accumulator and it was also within Caterpillar specifications.

We inspected this unit for any play in the articulation and it was good.

Checked u-joints and they were all good.

Replaced 2 coolant bleed lines.

Inspected the relay panel.

Repaired the engine hood mounts.

Resealed the starter mount and nose cone.

Installed a NEW front mount and bushing on the rear axle trunnion.

Installed NEW pins and bearings on the right steering cylinder.

Installed a NEW pin and bearing in the rod end of the left steering cylinder.

Resealed all the transmission modulation valves.

Resealed the transmission relief valve.

Resealed the torque converter relief valve.

Installed NEW blade tilt hoses.

Installed a NEW throttle position sensor.

Installed a NEW turbo to muffler coupling. 

Inspected the fan hub and pulleys.

Tightened up the blade assembly where required.

REBUILT the seat assembly and installed air suspension.

Serviced the batteries and connections.

Verified that all switches in the cab were operational.

Repaired all the lights as required.

Completed other miscellaneous repairs as required.

This unit is ready to go to work.
