Repair / Condition Report

Upon purchase inspection, we completed the following:

All filters including engine, transmission and hydraulics were cut open and checked for any sign of contaminates. All were clean.

Rear differential oil was checked and it was clean.

Rear final drive wheel end oils were checked and they were clean.

Both front wheel end oils were checked and they were also clean.

Engine was then serviced.

Engine air filters were changed.  

Cab air filter was changed.

Hydraulic oil was changed.

Verified the following pressures to ensure they met Caterpillar specifications:

- Engine oil pressure

- Fuel pressure

- Transmission pressures

- Hoist pressure

Following are the repairs completed by Marcel Equipment Limited:

Resealed HMU.

Resealed the starter.

Resealed the right side of the rear suspension cylinder.

Resealed the brake cooler lines on the left rear wheel.

Installed NEW suspension cylinder boots on the front cylinders.

REBUILT the brake and throttle pedals.

Linebored the stay arm mount on the rear axle housing.

Installed NEW pins and bearings in the rear axle stay arm.

REBUILT the steering control assembly with NEW tie-rod ends and bearings.

Repaired the seat assembly.

Installed a NEW radio.

Installed NEW engine belts.

Rebearinged the fan hub.

Installed a NEW hydraulic suction line.

Resealed the transmission filter housing.

Resealed the parking brake filter housing.

Repaired leaks on the torque converter.

Installed a NEW fuel sender.

Checked all cab switches for proper operation.

Installed NEW batteries and serviced connections.

Completed all other miscellaneous repairs as required.

All required cosmetic and welding repairs have been completed.

This Cat 773F is ready to go to work.
