Repair / Condition Report

Upon purchase, Toromont CAT (our local Caterpillar Dealer) completed a TA1 Plus Inspection and unit was serviced.

The TA1 Plus Inspection included the following:

Removed the engine oil filter, cut it open and checked for contaminates and it was clean.

Removed the hydraulic filter, cut it open and checked for contaminates and it was clean.

Removed the transmission filter, cut it open and checked for contaminates and it was clean.

SOS oil samples were taken on all components.

All three differential oil levels were good and oils were clean.

All six wheel planetary oil levels were good and oils were clean.

Updated the software in all the electronic control modules.

Hooked up the manual gauges to take pressures, flashed all the ECM and calibrated the transmission.

Verified that the following pressures were all within Caterpillar specifications:

Boost Pressure = 30 PSI

Fuel Pressure = 121 PSI

Engine Oil Pressure = 89 PSI

First Forward Clutch = 262 PSI (Specs: 260+-20)

Reverse Clutch = 258 PSI (Specs: 260 +-20)

Transmission Pump Pressure = 265 PSI (Specs: 260 +-20)

Transmission Lube Pressure = 25 PSI (Specs: 23+-5)

Relief Pressure Torque Inlet = 68 PSI (Specs: 70 +-5)

Records for the above are available upon request.

Following are the repairs and checks completed by Marcel Equipment Limited at 4265 Hours:

Checked all the differential locks.

Checked the air conditioning for proper operation.

Checked all grease points and greased unit.

Checked all the lights, switches, gauges, etc. for proper operation.

Load tested the batteries.

Installed a NEW floor mounted differential lock switch.

Repaired the windshield washer system.

This is an excellent, low hour unit that is ready to go.
